Four Marks of the Healthy Ministry Professional $8.99
Author: John Daniels & Dan Yearick
Pages: 100
Date Of Publication: May, 2007
Product Number: BW926-1

The second addition in our “Caring for the Flock” series looks at the importance of the shepherd's taking care of him or herself. This book addresses the disturbing fact that the success of those in the ministry often comes at the expense of the person God created them to be. We not only expect our ministers to meet our expectations, but often demand that they meet those expectations in exactly the way we want them to be met. Four Marks of the Healthy Ministry Professional will help you ask the right questions.

John Daniels serves as Associate Pastor for Christian Formation and Administration at First Baptist Church Waynseville, North Carolina. He is a graduate of Carson Newman College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Religion, and also holds a master’s degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Dan Yearick is a licensed professional counselor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College and a master’s degree in Counseling Education from The State University of New York College at Brockport. He currently maintains a private counseling practice in Waynesville, North Carolina.
